Colossians 1:21-23

“…he has reconciled you by his physical body through his death…” - Colossians 1:22

Last week, we reflected and witnessed the wonderful description of Christ Jesus as the one in who all of the fullness of God dwells and though whom God was pleased to reconcile us to himself. But what does this mean for us? When we believe in the good news of being reconciled to God, there are specific ways that this will affect our lives as we trust in him. As we savour the comfort of being reconciled to God, we are led into renewed understandings of ourselves and of how we can live our lives in relationship to God and to the gospel.
