Weekly reflection:

  1. Read Psalm 46 each day this week
  2. Hang up the verses 10-11 on a paper or 3x5 card on your bathroom mirror to see everyday. Memorize.
  3. What is one worry or fear you have? Journal, write about it. Then add Psalm 46 to it.
  4. Call or meet with someone to share your worry or fear, and pray together about it. Read Psalm 46 together. Be intentional about confronting the worry or fear. Often.
