Who Do You Say That I Am? Jesus Christ asks the most important question for all of life and eternity. And He has every right to. In this message let’s explore two key Scripture passages where both the Apostle Peter (Matthew 16) and Martha, the sister to Lazarus (John 11) make the most important declaration; “I believe you are the Christ, the Messiah, the Son of the Living God.” Have you made this declaration personally? God bless you if you have. If you have not, may I invite you to declare this in your own life?

Weekly Reflection

  1. Read Matthew 16 and John 11. Ask Jesus to show you more of who He is.
  2. Each morning declare, “I believe you are the Christ, the Son of the Living God. Help me live for you today.”
  3. Talk with one or two others about your relationship with Jesus and pray together.
  4. Share with each other: “If you could have supper with anyone from past history or currently alive, who would it be?”
